A gentle stroll from Pym Chair car park over Cats Tor, Shining Tor into the Goyte valley.
A stunning walk taking in the fabulous views from Cat’s Tor & Shining Tor. The route drops down into the Goyte valley (very steep and rocky) with a gentle walk down the river with some spectacular lunch spots.
The route then climbs back up to Cat’s Tor from Errwood Hall. This part of the route is quite steep and challenging.
As an alternative, you could bear right at the top of Errwood Hall and take in Foxlow Edge and return up the road to the car park.
